Aamanda Carrier

Aamanda Carrier is the Business and Human Resources Manager for Harris County Emergency Services District 24, Aldine Fire & Rescue (AF&R). Aamanda is responsible for the administrative office's day-to-day management, including accounting, payroll supervision, financial administration, human resources, and the associate business manager, business aid, and special services coordinator.

Aamanda has worked with the emergency services industry over with AF&R for 9 of those years. Aamanda has made it her personal career goal to continue to move AF&R administration in a focused, progressive manner that highlights continuous training and excellence. Aamanda currently holds her Associate of Science in Business from Columbia Southern University and anticipates graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management in the Winter of 2022. Aamanda also is a member of the National Society of Leadership, HR Houston, SHRM, and serves as a Director of MUD board #221.

Aamanda is married and has two beautiful daughters; age's 19 & 6. She enjoys making people laugh, listening to audible books, and self-development.

Aamanda is grateful to work with such amazingly selfless individuals who make it their top priority to protect others. She considers the Fire Department not only her career but also her family.
