Aamanda Carrier is the Office Manager for Harris County Emergency Services District 24, Aldine Fire & Rescue (AF&R). Aamanda is responsible for the day-to-day management of the administrative office including accounting, payroll supervision, financial administration, human resources and the management of the executive assistant and the community liaison.
Aamanda has been involved with the emergency services industry for over 15 years, with AF&R for 9 of those years. Aamanda has made it her personal career goal to continue to move AF&R administration in a focused, progressive manner that highlights continuous training and excellence. Aamanda currently holds her Associate of Science in Business from Columbia Southern University and anticipates graduating with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management in the Winter of 2022. Aamanda also is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and SHRM.
Aamanda is married and has two beautiful daughters. She enjoys making people laugh, listening to audible books and self-development.
Aamanda is grateful to work with such amazingly selfless individuals who make it their top priority to protect others. She considers the Fire service to not only be her career, but also her family.
