District Chief Arthur Navarro has been with the department since 2008 and was hired as District Chief in 2017. A future goal that he has is to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science and have the opportunity to share his experience with others. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, playing golf, and attend NASCAR races.

District Chief Joe Leggett has been with the department since 1998 and was hired Full-Time in 2015. A future goal that he has is to have the opportunity to share his experience and knowledge with future firefighters. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and most importantly spending time with his family.

Captain Jones has been with the department since 2013 and was promoted to Captain in 2018. A future goal that he has pertaining to the fire service is to one day become an arson investigator for Harris County. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
