The Aldine ISD Police Department will offer community residents a FREE opportunity to assist in lowering the number of catalytic converter threats by hosting “Stop the Hurt, Paint the Convert,” on Saturday, May 21 at MacArthur High School.
This event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All vehicles will be accepted and participants will be required to sign a waiver. Time slots are available. Interested individuals should contact Aldine ISD Police Officer Ariel Holliday at 281 924-6926.

The board of commissioners, staff, and fire suppression personnel of Harris County ESD No. 24/Aldine Fire & Rescue, are proud to announce that the Public Protection Classification (PPC), used in the review of the fire prevention and fire suppression capabilities has improved for the second time in the last three years. The new PPC designation for the district is 2/2Y. Please visit our website https://aldinefirerescue.com for a confirmation letter from the State Fire Marshal’s Office. This letter may assist a home or business owner in reducing the insurance premium on an in-district property.
